Pandora provides technical support for fire detection, alarm, emergency lighting, and associated life-safety equipment.

Our fire alarm services cover addressable and conventional panels, detectors, modules, sounders, manual call points, annunciators, power supplies, containment, fire-rated cabling, termination, device labelling, and cause-and-effect or third-party interface coordination.

Life-safety support includes inspection and replacement of emergency and exit lighting, visible checks of fire hose reels and extinguishers, sprinkler supervisory interfaces, door-release systems, smoke-control interfaces, and lift-recall interfaces where included.

Testing may include device-by-device activation, alarm verification, sounder and fault checks, battery and charger checks, communication checks, interface testing, test sheets, defect registers, and maintenance recommendations. All applicable works and approvals remain subject to the approved fire strategy, UAE Civil Defence requirements, and competent or approved execution.
