Pandora provides interior and exterior cleaning, façade inspection, cleaning, sealing, and minor repair services with careful attention to access conditions and occupied-property requirements.

Interior and exterior cleaning may include deep cleaning, floor care, post-maintenance cleaning, and handover cleaning. Cleaning methods, chemicals, machinery, and tools are selected according to the relevant floor, wall, glass, metal, or façade finish to reduce the risk of damage.

For façade works, we support external inspection, cleaning, sealing, and minor façade repair using suitable approved access arrangements. Work planning considers façade geometry, access reach, drop zones, pedestrian interfaces, and surrounding property conditions.

Where required for the selected access method, certified access equipment, exclusion zones, and rescue planning are coordinated. Visible façade defects, joint or sealant issues, and localized surface concerns can also be recorded for client review.
