Installation coordination includes shaft, pit, machine-room, power, earthing, ventilation, access, guide rails, landing doors, controllers, drives, wiring, and finishing interfaces.

For modernization projects, we support controller and VVVF-drive upgrades, door operators, operating panels, landing indicators, communication devices, ride-comfort improvements, levelling improvements, and phased upgrades designed to limit disruption.

Planned maintenance includes inspection of doors, ropes, brakes, rails, and safety circuits, together with cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, fault rectification, ride and stopping checks, alarm verification, emergency-function checks, and service records.
